The obvious conclusion is that the Trump/Musk regime is a criminal enterprise. Therefore, everything it does should be covered in that context.

And yet news articles that routinely inform us about Trump’s individual acts, and the ensuing court battles, treat each like a one-off. They describe them as controversial, sure, and sometimes quote critics calling them illegal.
