My backend is Bookvault.
I use IngramSpark for non-Amazon sites, and KDP for Amazon.

@viennawriter we're all waiting for BV to print in the EU.
It's a VAT issue, I'm sure.
If I do enough EU business to get an IOSS number, I'll have other options.
@mwl I'm still far away from IOSS number and options. One step at a time ... :) Good luck that'll be soon for you!
Btw, I'm suspecting not necessarily the VAT as reason for BV to not yet print in the EU but the [find appropriate swearword] European bookmarket, book price binding and all the rest that's not really compatible with the rest of the world.
