Jo@Beedazzled Yes, that's a solar-powered fountain. Motor is 1.6W. Max water lift is 1.31 to 2.29 feet but I haven't tested that. 6.41 inches in diameter. Flow rate of 180 liters/hr. Comes with seven spray heads that can produce different patterns. Made by Ankway but I think it's discontinued. Lots of others do similar things and likely better given how much it's aged. Was $26 in 2017.

@Beedazzled I'm totally happy with it but I'd pay $100 for one that had at least some way to store extra energy in a battery. Kind of annoying when I walk past and cast a shadow and it stops. A one minute buffer, e.g.
