We're a trans disabled couple struggling financially, so I made this GFM.

I've explained more in the description, but basically, eating without gluten and lactose (I'm intolerant) has become way too expensive. I really need to eat more, please we need help.

Please can someone check the ALT at the end of my GFM and help me with it if it's not good enough?

I believe it's not, I've read many guides and threads about writing ALT, but still struggle and take a lot of time to do it. Thanks if you help me improve this one!
