GigiJust discovered #Meta is using my purged #Facebook accounts (pre-2017) for #AI training. Getting emails about "account being used for AI" despite having terminated them years ago. Apparently "removing" just means they keep everything while locking you out. The kicker? To object to this use, they expect me to log into these nonexistent accounts! The audacity of exploiting data from accounts that should've been expunged years ago is infuriating. Meta's data practices remain as predatory as ever.

so I canceled suppression (was still in the shitty month delay before it's supposedly deleted), refused their AI crap, then re-asked for deletion.
What a mess. How are they even remotely allowed to operate any private data at all.
