No, not all of them. At least hostsharing.coop, and geno.social are on @hostsharing infrastructure. There are also Hostsharing members, who run their own instances there.

But in a way, you're correct. An overwhelmingly big part of the fediverse runs on Hetzner servers.

@hetzner I use multiple VPS to host tools used by myself like umami analytics, beszel for monitoring and uptime kuma.

It's super reliable, fast to setup, the UI is great and just works (e.g. configuring Firewall) and cheap. Also, it's basically next to my location so very small latency.

Super happy with their products and if you need help, their support is fast and helpful too.

I love using the Hetzner Cloud but dedicated pricing is also just unbeatable. So I use both for diferent use cases :)

@Kaibu @hetzner I was in the lucky situation of having done my apprenticeship at a company that had a Colo at both FSN and NBG datacenters, so I have seen both locations already. Although having an actual tour would be a whole different story!

@hetzner Main product has to of course got to be the cloud servers been running them without break for 4 years or so. Anything from own discord bots, to own photo cloud and website, to game servers for friends. Favorite combo is still a storage box + a cloud server + docker.
Got my own immich Photo Cloud with 1 tb storage for a bit more then 7€/month, can't beat that.

@hetzner Using the root servers and storage boxes since many years now and never had problems. The out times were usually caused by myself... ^^

@hetzner I use virtual cloud servers because they're cheap, they're reliable and they are easy to order and extend :)

The AX41 is great for many more demanding things and the Cloud is great if you need flexibility.

@hetzner I use your Nextcloud. It's a lot of GB for €. But it's also a great balance of managed cloud and flexibility. I love all the addons that I couldn't use on my old PHP webspace and the ability to use OCC commands via web UI.

@hetzner Ich mach zwar bei Gewinnspiel nicht mit, aber meine 2 Pfennige: ich habe letztes Jahr mit euch angefangen, und ziehe gerade alles was nicht bei drei auf dem Baum ist zu euch um und bin sehr zufrieden. Wundert euch nicht über den vielen traffic, ich lade gerade 2,5 TB in meine Hetzner Cloud :) #DropboxCanSuckIt

@hetzner I use the Hetzner cloud, the setup of a VPS is instant, the prices are unbeatable, and with Cloudpanel you can easily host any PHP application super fast. There is no reason to use AWS if you just need a VPS.
