On paper, I’d nope out on vibes alone: Pokémon / anime themed ramen restaurant? Nah. BUT Noka Ramen in Oakland is one of my favorite spots. The ambiance actually legit fun / cool. And the ramen is top notch.

And it’s across the street from me.
