This seems designed so that _some specific_ procedures that already take years to sort out, never have an end.

The kind of procedures where the public is on one side a a megacorporation on the other, for example.

No surprise, coming from a terrible Commission. Still, I'd like to see the Parliament grow a spine before it's too late
