The Setouchi Triennale 2025 opened today, but as I had to work, this is my "experience" of opening day. I basically drove by the port on my way to the medical campus.
Fun fact: Makoto Aida is on the picture, can you find him? (I only realized that him and some other members of the Group 1965 were there after taking the picture).

For me the Triennale is really starting tomorrow. Stay tuned. (1/2)

If you're not too knowledgeable about Japanese contemporary art, you may not know Makoto Aida. He's one of the main contemporary artists in the country today, but for some reason he's quite unknown abroad. As he as a connection with Ogijima, I ran into him before, but we only were introduced last Tuesday.
