@lizzy most of the people you see spreading this sort of discourse online are probably cishet transphobes trying to break apart the community. we are stronger if we stick together.
maybe, that's a part of it, i don't know the statistics but in my experience no it's not just that, lots of sincere trans folk have gotten into this shit and it makes me very sad, tho i wouldn't dismiss that this is being spurred on by right wing trolls
