EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY
invite your tech working friends to find the vulnerability in the Death Stars they are working in and find a way to exploit them.

all empires have vulnerabilities.

ESPECIALLY the techbros empires built on enshittification and mass surveillance.

we need all tech workers to really take on that Jedi metaphor and run with it. be the jedi you want to see in the world.

Diligence Jones (@[email protected])

Dear tech people. NOW is absolutely the time for you to reach out to your friends and colleagues in places like Palantir, Microsoft, Meta, etc., and start propagandizing them. They are participating in and facilitating the destruction of human lives. They are collaborating with fascists for a paycheck. Convince them to choose a side. Not by being passively silent. But actively *choosing* the world they want to see. Force that moment. Invite them to leave the Death Star. Because this fucking apparatus *needs to be stopped.* BAMP.

@blogdiva Hmmm, they didn't specify how big to make this exhaust port, but if I make it a bit bigger than a 200 kilo bomb, that shouldn't be a problem, right?
@blogdiva Tech workers can even deliberately put in vulnerabilities into Death Stars...

@blogdiva Sometimes it is easier than hacking the Death Star.

Personally, I will soon be out of a job. The reason is that I flat out refuse to work with AWS (because Amazon, Bezos).

It kind of sucks, but I will not be shot, and my kids will not starve.

My integrity is all that matters. I refuse to die ashamed.

@blogdiva

Even better, remember that old CIA aid? Vulnerabilities occur frequently when people simply... aren't paying attention to them. When they let their knives grow dull, their tools worn. When they just... let it happen. Remind the workers there that they're replaceable. They should have no loyalty to the corporations -- corporations which have shown, time and again, that they have no loyalty to them. They could be shitcanned at a moment's notice no matter what their position, because they're not Zuck or Musk or Bezos.

Folks think of sabotage as gleefully throwing wooden shoes into the gears, but it can be simpler and blame-free.

@theogrin @blogdiva

Just say "sand in the gears" to yourself silently and its ok

Oops! Made a minor error? Caught it just in time? No you didn't. It's just a little sand in the gears, no biggie

Sand in the gears smooths everything out
