@hiker I don't have the miracle solution, but maybe integrating radio amateurs as a support for the population would be a good idea. With a few watts and a bit of wire, the Valais is covered on shortwave. I think we've forgotten the simple means of communication...
@hb9hli That's right - the Internet has the monopoly today, but we know from the #Fediverse that a variety of solutions are more secure.
