BigD"The American Dream" has always been this nonsensical, ethereal goal to achieve. People act like it's the absolute blueprint for a successful life. It means nothing. I can't take anyone who references it seriously seriously.

@travisfw My point was that your "dream" and goals are entirely personal to you. If you want to own a mansion and have a wife and kids at 20, yeah, your dream is dead because its unreasonable and unlikely to happen. I have milestones I want to hit, and they are slowly being knocked down one by one. Three major ones in the past year alone. These mean nothing to anyone but me.
