We've put a lot of effort into making this a gender-balanced event.

We invite people we know individually. Supporters like @maaretp, @lisihocke, @coderbyheart, and others help make sure the right people know about us. We have a code of conduct, and so far haven't needed to enforce it.

There are other events where I've had a great time and returned to year after year that are piles of dudes, so I can tell you: different conversations happen at FroGS.

Come experience something different.

@ez @maaretp @lisihocke I'm part of the problem, and very happy to see that FrogsConf somehow managed to keep the diversity very high. I think this is in part because of the commitment to being a virtual event.

Can only endorse this wholeheartedly! The #FroGSConf events I've been to were awesome for having insightful conversations and making valuable and lasting new connections. They also helped me further in tangible ways and offered a welcoming space to try things out and learn together. Still sad for any instance I missed in the past, and continuously hopeful to make it to the next event! 🐸
