@Beclfc We have that problem too. They’ve been sat (covered) since the pandemic and we’re not going to drive again so they need to go, but they’re not the type of car you just send for scrap (they’re classics). At the moment we can’t face dealing with them. There’s a lot of personal history in both, which doesn’t help.

Edited to add: So, anyone looking for an old #Porsche or #MorrisMinor? #ClassicCars

@DawnBlackbirds Not really. Since this post the alfa isn't going to be sold. The Audi is a 2003 TT which is very nearly a classic, I think.

@DawnBlackbirds It still is. There is nothing wrong with it. I do struggle to reach the pedals even with the seat right up and a cushion. Otherwise, I think it would be used every day. She is a right charmer. Are yours roadworthy?

@Beclfc Having been sat for 5 years they’re going to take a bit of work. Morris Minors are so basic of course that it doesn’t take much to get them going as long as the bodywork is okay, but the Porsche is a complicated beast (although the body is galvanised so it won’t have rotted away) so will definitely be a project 😬 My daily driver was the latter and it was gorgeous to drive. I’m a short arse too but could reach the pedals.

@DawnBlackbirds Just get them on Ebay and hope for the best. We're not getting any younger and thought we'd get rid before we cock our toes up. 🙂

@Beclfc Neither are we 😁 Not fancying the unwrapping, photographing and description bit. And then dealing with all the tyre-kickers. Gads, I hate this!
