One of these is about @tungro:
“Have you got South African thrush?”
“Serving beans and pussy.”
“Ringtail scrotum.”
“Dressing gown adventures in the world of cheese.”
“I wasn’t talking to you; I was talking to the bread!”
“Millennial death playlist.”

@twll @tungro One of those lines reminds me of a song by Citi Zeni in 2022 - Eat Your Salad. The song starts off with the lead singer saying he likes to eat veggies and 🐱. (It went to Eurovision, but the EBU required a change... 😅)

I was in the audience for their semi-final, and they left a blank where the word was, and the audience was not shy about filling it in.

@twll @tungro Because this is my hyperfixation right now -

This year Malta has a song about "serving kant", where kant is the Maltese word for singing, but she's clearly meaning it more in the Anglo-Saxon homophone sense. She's also been required to change her lyrics, but she replaced kant with a beat drop - and my brain still fills in the word where it was. Somehow it is less "oh she said c---" than before, though.

@twll @frosty yep, I heard all the songs before the EBU requested that change. So in my mind it will always have that word. And I’m sure that the audience will do the same :D
