So the one section still useful in this book is the discussion of the intersection of ILL and πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ & πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ Copyright law, including explication of the Rule of 5, which I'm happy to note my library hasn't ever come even close to violating. It's more a concern of Academic lenders situated as a nexus of scholarly communication. Book is otherwise of interest only to Library historians, especially the technology section. Fun trivia, back in 2011 it was a violation of πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ copyright law to supply a patron with a digital version of a requested article. It had to be in printed form ONLY.
Meanwhile in πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ digital document delivery had been standard practice for awhile even that far back.
