I think that falls under the black and white fallacy. Just because someone tolerates one thing, doesn’t mean they are obligated to tolerate everything.
Most so-called paradoxes are actually just wordplay.
Change it from “We show tolerance to everyone” to “We show respect to everyone” and hitting Nazis becomes reasonable because they aren’t respecting other people
