New Bypass Windows 11 OOBE Local Account Requirement (Home & Pro Editions)

On the OOBE (Out-of-Box Experience) screen, press Shift + F10 to open Command Prompt

In the Command Prompt, type the following command and press Enter: start ms-cxh:localonly
