@convexer this is a good heads up. I thought that wasn't going to be a problem. I searched and found it was possible, that there was a linux-image-surface kernel. But don't know about much after that for them.
I really want a minisforum, but I'd be spending more on a newer one of those, if I did. The surface I had my eye on was the 5

@pox The linux-surface kernel helps, but doesn't solve everything. See their github where they give specifics on support for each surface model. Mine has no webcam support. Touchscreen supposedly works, but not well.
