According to @spiegel.de, @zoll.de has officially seized the #Eventin #shadowfleet tanker and the 100.000t oil from Russia right after it became a listed item with the last EU sanctions update.

Emden, Granitz, Bad Bramstedt: AIS tracker show a lot of law enforcement/border patrol ships around #Eventin tanker. The German ministry of Finance @bmf-bund.de, in charge of customs affairs, does NOT confirm seizing of the ship, 'still ongoing customs proceedings'.
