Went for a walk at lunchtime. Found a “tradies’ greasy spoon” takeaway I’d never seen b4. Ordered roast meat roll. Won’t be going back, lunch and more came back pretty much immediately and severally. Feeling nearly human now, Mx 17 is reminding me to drink water etc.
