@yosh Nice. I used to work with scientific radiation detectors. Those naturally have different requirements, and might require liquid nitrogen cooling or vacuum chambers or might be pretty big. So I was wondering what consumer-grade detectors were using. It turns out they're using PIN diodes. Pretty cool
