@nico42
Just checked out you NFC.cool app:

• What’s this ”Download NFC.cool“ link good for?
• Shouldn’t the icon selection show the icon they will show?
• The license of ”Defaults“ is shown twice. (I‘d list them in alphabetical order)

Took me until now to understand that I downloaded the wrong app: I was looking for NFC.cool Tool Tag Reader … that explains my first bullet point … I didn’t know there are two NFC.cool apps.

@teilweise @nico42 Hey 😄 thanks for the very German feedback. I appreciate it!

- Cross promotion of apps (it works)
- That’s a quick and dirty view to A/B test the best glyph on the AppStore
- Thanks for the hint in the licenses

What else did you find?

@nico42 German feedback? That’s me. ;-)

Nothing else. Once I understood there are different NFC.cool apps (“Download more NFC.cool tools” would have been a hint), I realized that the business card app is nothing I have any use for.

(I thought the on-boarding was too long. But that might have been because I could not get my head around why a RFID reader would ask those questions …)

(Didn’t I answer this already? Did I forget to click Reply? Maybe.)

@teilweise @nico42 NFC.cool is my branding. I understand that it might be confusing (especially for nerds who know what NFC is). When I speak with normal people they often confuse it with NFT. Then I usually say: no no, NFT is scam, NFC is cool 😎

Btw: if you want to try the business card – today is a good day. I’m running a marketing campaign for 6 months free. Might also be worth looking at from a technical perspective. I’m using an AppClip and other cool tech in there.
