So its been just about 3 weeks on this most #Mediterrian #Diet wathcing calories, sodium, and monitoring weight and blood-pressure for help to build a #heartHealthy life while living with heart failure. I've noticed that TUESDAYS seem to be the ones that give me trouble, goving over in either sodium or calories. I wonder why that is. There is nothing particularly different about Tuesdays than any other weekday.

As for Tuesdays, I know that seems to be the day the food places have their special deals, so I expect that's the day people are less likely to eat out without a discount. I have no idea if that's relevant to your situation, though.
@lnxw37j1 yeah, in order to limit my sodium count I've been suggested to not eat out at all. I never have much, and the twice I have done over the last three weeks it was planned out well ahead of time such that I've fasted before hand and already picked out appropriate choices from the menu before I even entered the building.
