Lionso@jhooper @MostlyHarmless It's just the consecuence of systemic propaganda. I'm not even from North America like the OP probably is, but there's always a not so clear intent on vilifying the struggles of working class people by the mainstream media here. Their message can be resumed to: "You are poor because you want to be poor, now stop talking about systemic reform or we'll send the police to smack you".
