✨ On March 14, we presented the #EinsteinFoundationAward 2024

🐻 Governing Mayor Kai Wegner and Senator for Higher Education & Research, Health & Long-Term Care Ina Czyborra underscored the important role of research in Berlin’s position as a leading science hub and emphasized how crucial it is in these challenging times.

🎤 Robbert Dijkgraaf, former Minister of Education, Culture & Science of the Netherlands and President-elect of the International Science Council, honored us with a keynote.

A big congratulations to our 2024 #EinsteinFoundationAward winners:

🏆 €100K Early Career Award Winners @helenajambor & Christopher Schmied are co-leaders of PixelQuality, a community-driven initiative aimed at enhancing image data quality and reproducibility.

🏆 The Institutional Award (€200K) went to @PubPeer, a community platform for rapid post-publication peer review to improve scientific publications. 19% of global retractions have been the subject to prior discussions on PubPeer since its launch in 2012.

🙏 A huge thank you to our jury, our partners and friends, our funders, our fellows, and to everyone who joined us!
