As Musk likes to read it, "public sector" kills people and therefore it has to be abolished as being the true source of evil. Hitler, Stalin, Mao were innocent victims of the public sector.
* the 'true' part: After WW2, germans were very quick to say "oh, that? That wasn't us, that was Hitler" Or: "That was not germans, but the Nazis" Or: "I just followed orders, nothing wrong with that, eh?"
