So over at Oxford we’re trying to do our bit to increase the conversations about cyber security and how it relates to policy. That’s why we launched the Oxford Tech and Cyber Policy Programme last week, with Richard Horne, head of the National Cyber Security Centre, as our first guest (pic below)
