Just a reminder to get your tetanus booster every 10 years. It also covers you for diphtheria and hooping cough. Diphtheria is quite rare in developed countries but hooping cough is not and is fatal to infants
@inelliotshead Honestly, it’s probably mostly the DPT causing the pain. That one really seems to cause stiffness and pain when I get it. I’ve had it twice as an adult and it’s been awful twice. Keep moving it and try to use your arm as much as possible. Congrats on the boosters!
