Thank you! This is a Pauper tournament, so all cards in my deck are commons through magic history. I play black+red+green called Jund Wildfire.
It tries to win through attacking with creatures from MH3 Writhing Chrysalis, Nyxborn Hydra, Refurbished Familiar, with spells to draw a lot of cards and get more lands into play.
And you, what decks and formats do you play?
Oh I’ve heard of Pauper! That deck looks great, Nyxborn Hydra definitely seems scary 👀
I only play EDH at the moment, but I’m interested in trying other formats for sure. I play a white/blue precon called First Flight which I’ve slightly upgraded and tweaked to focus more on life gain, as well as a red/blue deck I’ve put together with Magnus The Red as commander, focusing on token creatures and dealing damage to all players whenever I cast spells!
White-Blue flyers is sweet, I have fond memories of my Sephara, Sky’s Blade standard deck. EDH is cool because you can really tweak slowly your decks. Other formats usually have their own fixed list and you need to invest a lot to make a complete deck. At least in Pauper the individual cards are pretty cheap, you can get a complete deck for the price of a single chase-mythic

ShimitarGiven the shitty weather forecasts i hope to be able to ride my road bicicle on sunday. Some 80km would be great, but i guess i will be luclky to go for 50km. As for saturday, maybe swimming pool and lots of stuff to fix at home.

Play some Traveller with friends tomorrow, tidy around the apartment so it looks nice when my wife gets back from her trip, probably take my dog for a walk or two if the weather allows. If I’m feeling inspired, I want to print some zines on local foraging and go around putting them in Little Free Libraries. Should be pretty chill, and I’m not mad about that!
Unfortunately more work I need to catch up on for my research MA program. But it’s just messing with some R code for analyses, which is much more preferable than doing any writing. Might bike to a cafe and work there for a change of scenery.
Setting up a Pi Hole on my home network. I’ve never done it before so I have no idea if it will take long.
Probably take the pug on a hike too.

Let me know how it goes, I have been thinking about it on and off for years. Since Chrome stopped ad blockers, I switched to Firefox but it is just missing a few things that I enjoyed about chrome.
Also, how much did it cost?
I got it for free. (Last company I worked for went bankrupt). I think they were $200 when new? Well I got the case and fan installed….i need a micro hdmi to hdmi cable for display. I was unsuccessful in getting one. I don’t use Amazon anymore. Best Buy has it, cool. Drive over there, they don’t have it. They say they have it, but they can’t find it. Whatever they were gonna overcharge me anyways. Ended up ordering one online from B&H. So still waiting. Didn’t set up pi hole. lol sorry for the rant.
My birthday is tomorrow :-) So planning to stuff my face with cake.

I’m working about 2-3 jobs these days, and none of them play to my strengths. You’d think I’d be able to make ends meet by working 60+ hours and living with roommates.
I’m also working on a side-project startup so I won’t have to work everyday and I can actually–you know–have a life.
My plans fell through.
I planned to buy a large item from far away (6 hours round trip).
I had a trailer hitch going to be delivered yesterday.
In preparation I went to town, bought a trailer and went to the DMV and registered it and have temp license plate. (Trailer is at store with “sold” sign).
I took apart my car (I removed the tail lights, bumper cover, bumper, and wired up the trailer wires) but then UPS “the street number is incorrect” and they didn’t deliver.
Now I’m stranded here with a car that’s taken apart, with no hitch and it’s too late for me to get the item I really wanted with the trailer this weekend as they close in a few hours and tomorrow they are closed sundays, and I have visitors coming Monday.
I guess I can stay home and clean the house…
