I do that kind of thing myself when I want someone to answer the question even though I think they’re lying or in this case where you believe trump is surrendering. I’d accept an answer that explains why they’re pivoting, I’d be interested in hearing the answer to that question and imho it’s a fair one. Is morning Joe asking that question?

This is just their first test run, they will run this baby into the ground, sooner or later you'll hear their battle cry of
"¡Wollt ihr den totalen Krieg?"
Considering that they can pivot is thinking that they are in charge and are somehow playing (a game).
They don't. they are dead serious and basically they have two options, internal or external war. As of now they haven't found an external one they can rally the entire country to unite behind. It would be smart if the rest The rest of the world leaves it like that.
