Just finished #Avowed. Loved it.

One of those games that didn’t feel that impressive to start with but just got better and better as it went on. A decent story, likeable and interesting characters sharing plenty of amusing banter, very good writing overall.

@pythoneer I’m in the same boat, loving it more and more as I progress. Just started the third zone. Combat and exploration are very satisfying.

@pythoneer Downloading on Xbox right now as I type this. Pleased to see it on Game Pass, so I’m giving it a go. Thanks to @GossiTheDog for boosting your post about the game. I’ve been looking for something new to play. I hope it’s easy enough to figure out.

@fellows @GossiTheDog I’m not a skilled gamer by any means and found it very playable. Game systems are not the most sophisticated but I liked how flexible it is with regard to how magic and abilities work. Story and characters are its strong suit. It really drew me in.
