I doubt Americans making 51st state jokes realize what they signed up for.
Canadian provinces and the federal government are now trying to one up each other in fucking up the US economy which Canada fully has the power to do.
If war is two countries hurting each other until one gives up: I don’t think American voters who didn’t actually WANT a trade war with Canada have a chance against a population this ready to fight to win.

@paige I dunno, we also seemed to be hell bent in knifing ourselves and shooting ourselves in the foot. Things like... Proposing to have no fighter jets because... the planes we're ordering are American. Or... Spending billions on a world expo in Canada.
