If you’re on the ground at ~600m elevation how do you tell the difference between fog, mist and nimbostratus clouds? Or other clouds for that matter?
If you’re that high up, does it really matter? It’s all water vapor that’s making you wet

Alto yes, cirrus no. Cirrus is the shape
Ah OK. I saw cirrostratus and cirrocumulus and thought it was the same pattern as the altos
