I'm not sure these organizations will be defunded to non-existence, but regardless I think certain services like a vulnerability database or threat intel repo could be maintained by the community. I do think the threat to other services is worrisome; CISA's efforts to aid small business, particularly in utilities/critical infrastructure, should be prioritized.
@MHeezy From my perspective thanks for your input. Reliable means that it cannot be shut down by Trump or someone else anytime soon. For me the services around vulnerabilities and threats are the most important ones, but i guess for others there is more, like CISAs effort for small businesses.
