First pour of my Amber Lager with Mandarina Bavaria hops. WLP860 (Augustiner) yeast. Not lagered yet but just finally chilled. Already pretty clear. I love brewing with this yeast, can now get as a dry yeast. 40 IBU but doesn’t feel quite so bitter with the good malty character. The Mandarina Bavaria hops are subtle but do indeed have some touch of mandarin like citrus. Reminds me of Chinese teas that use dried mandarin skin. This is a winner.
