With WaPo's shift to op-eds about personal liberty and free markets, I would love to see exuberant articles on

* The right of women to get an abortion
* How to free markets from corruption of self-dealing by White House employees (I mean Musk and Trump)
* Why blue states are compelled to subsidize the markets of red states
* Ending the control of government by religious fanatics.
* The state of personal liberty and free international trade for Gaza.

Oh not those people's liberties/markets?

@josh I will censor you to protect freedom of speech! /s
@josh
Anyone polluting is infringing on my rights to breathe clean air, drink clean water, and enjoy my property
@josh I had already given up on WaPo (formerly my local paper) about five months ago (i.e. Bezos quashing the presidential endorsement), but the latest PR from Bezos still hurts. There were (and, to a quickly dwindling extent, are) great reporters and editors with the paper, but now it's just a part of the right-wing misinformation apparatus. It may not spew conspiracies like Fox or OANN, but it's been reduced to a cog in the machine.
@josh
Also how regulation can free markets from monopolistic corporate control.
@josh @hacks4pancakes how do I report a mastodon bug that I cannot fav and boost this infinity times

@josh

it seems that the "right" doesn't get that liberty, freedoms, belong to all of us

@libramoon You're being too charitable.
