Is there anything more terrifying than an email from your bank saying “We’re updating our app to give you an improved experience”?

Bankwest has just updated their app… and OMG what a usability train wreck. I’m sure *some* designer thinks it’s pretty. That designer clearly never has to use their phone for banking.
