You can bring the "voter information card" they maybe mailed you, or identify yourself with the docs described at this link (which can also find your voting location)

Reminder to Ontario that although special advance voting locations are no longer running, and the election proper is not until Thursday, you can *still* vote early in person at your "local returning office" which you can look up at this link (under "how will you vote"):
