Recently, I gave Obsidian a shot, but instead of going all-in, I ended up doubling down on my existing #AppleNotes setup by implementing the Forever ✱ Notes framework.
At first, it took me some convincing, but I quickly became fond of the framework's concepts like the ✱ Home note, ✱ Hubs, and ✱ Collections based on tags.

I have even implemented the ✱ Journal, made of 384 individual notes corresponding to years, quarters, months, and days.

I use this system to stay on top of my Yearly Theme, Personal OKRs, and daily goals.

Am I pushing #AppleNotes to its limits? Most likely. Does this system work for me? 100%.

I have shared more details about my note-taking setup on my blog: https://dmarcinkowski.pl/blog/why-i-chose-apple-notes-with-forever-notes-over-obsidian-and-notion/

Why I Chose Apple Notes With Forever ✱ Notes Over Obsidian And Notion

Despite its limitations, Apple Notes has been the core part of my productivity system, and Forever ✱ Notes framework takes is to another level.
