Bernie Sanders launches tour "to fight oligarchy": Here's where he's going - Lemmy.World

Summary Bernie Sanders announced a national tour to challenge billionaire influence in politics, specifically targeting Elon Musk’s growing role in Trump’s administration. Sanders, 83, quipped that he’s “not in the habit of thanking Elon Musk” but acknowledged Musk has exemplified how billionaires dominate politics, media, and the economy. Sanders also highlighted wealth inequality, noting Musk, Zuckerberg, and Bezos hold more wealth than half of Americans. His tour begins February 21 in Nebraska.
