@ferricoxide @Sustainable2050 a symbol of resistance influences generations to come, plus it’s very likely things would be much worth if there were less resistance attempt.

+35 years Is more than a generation. Sure, many more Chinese people are out of poverty – affluent, even – but I'd wager that, in that time, western democracies have become more like China than China has liberalized.
