floor796.com is registered via Godaddy but points to russian nameservers. Their CDN is cdn.floor796.com which is a tenant on trbcdn.net which is a russian content delivery network.
The site (of course) only works with javascript enabled, meaning you're running russian code on your device.
Caveat emptor.

It obvious that in current era of mass-hate, populism and hard-working search of "wrong" and "disallowed from existence" groups, nations and the whole countries — the russian language translation can be created only by russian dev.
