A daily opposition press briefing will have all of the legit media in attendance (what's left of it) and the world will watch. Failure to do this is surrender. And the world will see that, as well.

While it hasn’t been a part of the US system with the legislative branch being separate but equal and congressional committees being the place where such detailed level criticism takes place, that has all changed with Congress being subverted and power grabbed by the executive.
Dems need to match that shift, and the focus on controlling the information flow that is the current approach to governing.

@lovelylovely Look at how #JeffJackson - SC, former Congressman, now #SCAttorneyGeneral, did/does very frequent TikTok explainers about how things work and more importantly why he does what he does , so that he's always in touch with his constituents. Yes, the Senate moves more slowly than the house, but if anyone could find the right way to make a frequent, dependable communication from the Senate a real thing and a new thing and an *effective* thing, it’d be #PeteButtigieg. I have every kind of faith in that man.
