Yay, one more thing I ignored because it wasn't important but is satisfying now it works: I finally found a Linux application that flawlessly configures the LED lighting of my keyboard. The keyboard defaults to an animation and I really don't care that much how it's lighted, as long as it's... not animated. Now I can have any color combination I want and also adjust the brightness as needed. Thanks OpenRGB!
