Emelia 👸🏻Well, that was dumb. If you setup #2FA for @1password with 1password storing the security key, you account goes offline and you can't signin in the app because it wants a physical security key and can't use the one stored in 1password.
Even worse? I can't get the 2FA TOTP code from @1password to reauthenticate my mobile device, so now with the 1password safari extension every time I open a new tab 1password annoyingly takes over and demands authentication, loosing wherever I was actually going.
sebbu@thisismissem @1password Aren't you supposed to still have TOTP for that ? Also, you need multiple security key, like i have them on icloud, google & windows hello.
@sebbu2 @1password that's the thing, they give you the option for both but if you setup security key first you get locked out until you disable 2FA in browser & setup TOTP
