Now I really feel unsafe to fly. Seriously. I was debating a flight to a conference next month. This made my decision for me. I am canceling. Sorry United. You'd better protest. Stop them. Stop them NOW!

@jeffjarvis There’s good reason it’s said that aviation regulations are written in blood. Hard lessons learned, paid for with the ultimate price.

Understanding why things are done in certain ways takes a huge investment of time and effort - and there are real world examples of people dying because lessons were missed.

Bringing in a bunch of people on the wrong side of the Dunning-Kruger curve to change things has only one possible outcome.

@adam_caudill @jeffjarvis This is no different than Tesla FSD. The move fast and break things crowd are sociopaths, they have no regard for the people who are impacted by their games. And they're taking advantage of the destruction of the regulatory state to play with our lives.
