We worked with this type of furniture back in July. The chairs were produced between 1891 and 1945 and are labelled D.R.G.M. (Deutsches Reich - Gebrauchsmuster), which means that the model is protected.
The armchair and stool were refurbished in our workshop. The wood was sanded and stained with an environmentally friendly solution, then waxed and glued.
The seats were covered with a 3-dimensional fabric designed by Norway Says. We sewed the cosy cushions from remnants of the fabric.
