@chriscorrigan I'm honestly shocked we haven't seen this better covered by the media. The shifting justifications and the obviously false claims about fentanyl and illegal crossings make it clear Trump simply needed a pretext for wielding powers under the IEEPA.

The question I have is what, if any, recourse is their for challenging the use of the law. Because if there is no way to challenge Trump's invoking of the IEEPA, then the US system of checks and balances is truly broken.
